Heavy Hammer Sound – Dubplate Container Japan Edition 2012
There’re not enough words to describe the Japan experience, we can only say we met sounds that play music from 20, 30, even 35 years and we also clashed with them; you can imagine the size of their dubplate box, the level of their shows and the kind of jewels they can play: early bountys, dennis brown, garnet silk dubplates runned like water!
Japan reggae scene is pretty unknown to european massive but it’s very old, huge, and very rich of culture and vibes; they gave us real love in japan, we played dubplates that we rarely play and got huge forwards, we’ll neva stop to give thanks for it. We soon give our contribution for those who want to know more about Japan and the tour, we’re working on a documentary that will be released soon on vimeo and youtube.
